hey, looking for a place to mostly waste some time playing poker online... which in your opinion is the best online poker site?

also anyone got any links to websites that talk about tactics for texas hold 'em?

i'd only play online if you are just playing for free or you are playing with a decent amount of money. people that play the lower stake rooms really play too many things that they really shouldn't...throws your whole game off...
