Help Please

I've been trying to find the name/artist of this song for about five years, to absolutely no avail. I don't have a whole lot of information other than there are male vocals in it that say, "(unknown lyrics) ...I wanna keep the rain from fallin'" several times, and the beat hits fairly hard.

Sorry I don't have more information, but that's exactly why I haven't been able to find anything. Thanks in advance.
