Shadow Lounge closed?

From time to time I surf around the internet visiting the various club websites from all over the world. Recently, I tried to go to the Shadow Lounge website, and all that came up was a message saying, "Sorry Shadow Lounge has closed." What happened? I had always thought it was a premier club in Miami. I was just wondering if anyone could furnish some details about it's closure...
