im a union sheet metal worker. and i run a small busines son the side. i want to quit my apprenticeship and just do entrepenuring full time but i cant afford to do that nor can i afford to ruin a chance of finishing my apprencticeship.

back up plan is sheet metal. really iwant to be an architect however i think im a lil late ffor that now. so ive decided i want to be a builder. which ive been studying for

aye, one of the summer contract staff here at the office, is in Architect school, and he says that no ones a real architect until they're 50 anyway. You start out as a draftsman for a while.

do you have a undergrad degree?

go get your CSC, CPH, and CFP and become a financial planner for the woodbridge crowd..

mortgage broker?

real estate agent?

all three make great coin if you're a good salesman, knowledgable, and know how to network
