This film premieres in NYC tomorrow. I highly recommend it! I saw it while I was out in Hong Kong. It was very deep and thought provoking:

It was also nice to see so many asian actors/actresses in smoky sexy roles Zhang Ziyi is HOT in this flick!

it's been available on DvD since january...i saw it twice and didnt like it at all...i honestly didnt feel it was neccessary to tell the story of the future...it didnt connect for me at all...but it's been getting rave reviews so i guess im in the minority with that opinion...

however, i will say this: christopher doyle's photography is absolutely incredible...he makes objects on film look so beautiful it feels pornographic...

i have it, haven't watched it yet, also have one called oldboy from Korea i think that's supposed to be good, haven't watched that one yet either though, and a few others... these movies aren't your typical hollywood formula movies though so they can have some wierd stuff that sometimes works, sometimes doesn't. Usually though they are pretty good.

From a white boy, they're hot to me too. I'd see it just for that. Sorry I can't turn that off. Reading the review today made me really want to see this one as well, probably this weekend.

Wong Kar Wai is definately one of my favorite Asian movie directors.

Among his movies, I had seen Happy Together(1997); which was one of his movies took at Argentina, Hong Kong, and Taiwan. I loved that movie so much.

I would like to see 2046 if I can.
