Dance Music Finder shut down!?!?

Looks like they FINALLY have been shut down, their website doesnt exist anymore, awww what a shame, bunch of c*n*s !

They are worse than HTFR, wouldnt suprise me if they were both owned bt the same people.

RIH DMF!

Can't agree more, these guys were shit. You are probably right about them and htfr being owned by the same people, just as bad if not worse imo.

Good news and good ridance.

htfr are a 'big' shop here in the uk who press mp3s of songs to sell as rare white labels, have shit service & are proud of it all.

Hey wait a second, I work for CNET, lol!!

And I work in the Games & Entertainment department, which runs GameSpot, GameFAQs, GameRanking, mp3.com, and tv.com (which tvtome.com merged into). Mainly with GameSpot...in video production (specializing in streaming and hi-def stuff) for the last 5+ years.

I take offense to what you say, lol. just kidding.

Dave

F**k me, did you ever go to the shop? It was like a frickin' car boot more than a record shop, and when I left they forced around 500 stickers and posters down my throat in the hope I might bring them some naieve enough sods to buy something. Some guy started waving some very clean looking vinyl in a clear sleeve in my face too claiming it was an original print of 'What Evil Lurks' by the Prodigy, bollocks is what I say, more like a DIY pressed vinyl copy downloaded from Limewire. Glad to know the money-snatching tossers are gone!

good riddance

worst shop ever- bunch of tossers.

Never ordered from DMF but been screwed by HTFR with an MP3 press. Unfortunately a lot of stuff I'm after they have. The thing to look out for is the label. If you know the label or labels which the track is on they you should be ok. Just dont order whites from them.

I got a record from them about 3 months ago which was scratched to fuck. I got a replacement in a week and and my postage costs refunded. I've not had bad service yet but I've heard about it lots.
