in desperate need
hey there gamers;
i'm in desperate need of an amazing game that will blow my mind away. i don't know, but recently i've been rather disappointed in some of the releases out there. here are some of the games that i've played and that i've really enjoyed, to give you an idea of what i'm looking for:
rome: total war
half life 2+CS
san andreas
final fantasy VII
final fantasy VIII
devil may cry 3
budokai 3
in addition, i don't want anything easy. i want a badass hard but doable game that will eat away at time.
you should try out God of War
yea; i was going to try this game, but i heard a lot of ppl say it was too easy
i'm talkin about ridiculously hard; like devil may cry 3 hard; although, to tell you the truth, the game was hard, but once you get used to it, it's really easy
A game to blow your mind?
Do you own a Gamecube?
Even if you don't, buy one and buy Resident Evil 4 Its that good and worthy of buying the system just to play it. They spent 4 years developing this game and you will see why when you play it. I personally have never enjoyed a game as much as playing RE4. I beat it months ago, but still play it here and there because its so much fun.
Yeah, RE4 is a really amazing game. I've played through twice (back to back) and want to play it over at least 2 more times. They give alot of reason to play through multiple times as well, which is good to see a company do these days.

that's sweet that it's coming out for ps2; i didn't feel like buying a completely new system
any more?
have you tried Final Fantasy IX???? the only FF game that i have really liked
are you serious? you didn't like 7?! that's a rarity. but whatever. so 9 you say is good. i was going to go pick it up becuase it's so cheap now, but just wasn't sure if i should waste my time on it
Pick up Mega Man Anniversary Collection.
Classic Hardass of a game. Won't get much harder, those old games (NES).

out of those games you listed, which are similar to mine too, check out:
(These are all for PS1)
Suikoden
Suikoden II
Xenogears
Final Fantasy Anthology
Final Fantasy Chronicles (FF4 & Chrono Trigger!
)
Breath of Fire 3
Breath of Fire 4
Wild Arms 1
Chrono Cross
Honestly, i havent played anything great since SNES or PS1 RPG's. I played through FF10 and Xenosaga 1, but it was nothing special, could live without them.
BTW, if you have an XBOX, check out Forza Motorsport. Probably the best racing game I've ever played. Ok why not XBOX too
:
Ninja Gaiden
Star Wars Ep 3
Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic 1&2 (Be a Jedi!
)

| Originally posted by Yan In its own way, yes. Both collections are worth the money. However, Sonic isn't too challenging anymore. I've played the games over way too many times to find the difficult parts difficult. |
