Please Help ID (sample)

I was playing some FPS when some guy had his microphone on. It was one of the best techno song i ever heard so i recorded it with my mic. I wanted to ask him the name of the song after i was done recording but he left. It turns out i only had 10 good seconds of the song and the rest were very low on volume because of my cheap mic. I need a miracle! Please someone ID this song.
AFTER 10 SECONDS THE VOLUME GOES DOWN SO U HAVE TO TURN YOUR SPEAKERS TO MAX TO HEAR THE REST
