Track Help

Hi

I need some help finding out the name of a song. Unfortunately I don't know who it is by and all I have to go on is the video.

In the video there is a race between two cars. I think one was red and one was blue. I think that one of the racers was nicknamed the red devil. When I saw this video I think it was late 2002/2003. I saw it on bpmtv.

I would appreciate it if someone could tell me!
