[MEL] Porterhouse at Private Function #30 - Friday August 26th

18 months ago, Steve Porter graced the consule at Private Function for the first time. Some called it a bold move. It was our first international guest, and Steve was only just beginning to make his rise up through the ranks. He left us that February with 3 hours of some of the most amazing music we've had the pleasure to witness at Private Function, put together in such a way that it has now become apparent only Steve Porter can.
Fast forward to August 2005 and it's all been on the up and up for Steve Porter. On the back of his debut artist album 'Homegrown', Steve has cemented his position as one of the hottest, most prolific and definately most talented producesr and DJs in the world. With the 3rd 'Homegrown EP' just released on FDS (funnily enough it's bonus track Neptune was the absulote highlight of Sporter's first visit to PF) as well as a massive bootleg of Coldplay's single 'Speed Of Sound' doing the round at the moment, Steve's sounds continue to resonate around the world, and we're happy to announce that he's be bringing his ecclectic mix of house, progressive, techno and trance to PF once again on Friday August 26th at Altitude - and this time it's got a name... PORTERHOUSE of course. Porterhouse was one of the most popular parties at Miami Winter Music Conference this year and in 2005 Steve will be pringing the Porterhouse experience to Private Function with him.
Joining Steve again will be the PF all-stars. This time Gavin Martin, Aaron Roach, Dean Millson and Big Kev.
Entry will be $25 on the door and $20 on the guestlist which you can RSVP for at http://privatefunction.tranzfusion.net]privatefunction.tranzfusion.net - there will be a limited number of presale tickets also available soon for those of you who want to ensure that you dont miss out - details will be available for these shortly.
See you on the dancefloor...

Yeah, a whole $20 for a world-class international and some top-class locals is just way over-the-top, Mr. Millson. Surely you could have flown him out for free...?
