Dumb or Smart

Also inspired by the "Ration of Liberals of Conservative" thread

For the record though, I love you all just the same.

Oh also, there will be random searches being conducted before you enter the polling area. So if all the Muslims could just move to this side of the room that'd be wonderful. Thank you.

I'd disagree. I know a good amount of dumb people that are well aware they're not the sharpest tool in the shed. I respect them for it actually, not many intelligent people come close to possessing that much humility.

The "dumb" to "smart" percentage of the votes in this poll is actually WIDER than it appears, with emphasis on the downward end of the "dumb" voters (by Subey's theory of "qualified" voters and what percentage of the vote the "smart" ones should actually have over the "dumb" ones, lol).

Why would genuinelly smart people (and you admit that they are "intelligent"), who recognize that they're smart, retain humility and categorize themselves as dumb, despite the fact that they're smart? If you disagree with his statement, than those people who should care about humility with this question are actually dumb which negates the "dumb people admit it" argument. And I'm loathe to believe that people are actually as dumb as they sometimes act.

"Relative experience/degree of educated perspective"

vs.

"Irresponsibility and/or laziness of intellect"

...are better terminologies than "dumb or smart."
