1 year anniversary question...

Ok, well I suck at being creative so I need some advice. My girl and I have been together for 1 year on the 25th, but she goes back to school on the 19th. So what do you guys think I should do to surprise her? Send her stuff that day or what? And for the record...I really hate this anniversary crap!!

I say dont send her anything, since after day 2 of college she will be knockin boots with a new fling.

after one year she's gotta know you for what you are. Just do something a little bit outside your comfort level so she knows you've tried, be sweet and considerate to her, dote on her...hold her hand and don't look at any one else besides her. Make her feel like she's all there is to you, and she'll be butter...

I'm always up front with my girlfriend about birthdays, Christmas, anniversarys, Valentine's, WHATEVER. I just tell her that she needs to tell me what she wants, whether it's a gift or a surprise event or whatever. She's cool with that because she always gets what she wants. And I usually do something extra for her too to make up for the lack of creativity.

Then, I try and surprise whenever I can for no reason at all. There are no expectations when you do something like that and it always works out well. Again, making up for the lack of creativity at special events.

But, if you really want to surprise her, talk to her Mom or parents. Ask them what she might like. Her Mom will probably get all stupid about it and do all the work for you. She can even ask her questions without your girl getting wise. i.e. "Do you thin Vaedyn's going to do something for you for Anniversary?" etc.

Send her a video telling her how much you love her and how much she means to you....I suggest something cute....maybe wear a bunny costume....that way she can post it on big boys for all of us to watch....the end of the video should be you banging her best friend.
