Talking Learning how to mix

hey guys, i have been listening to trance for about a year now,
but I never really thought about mixing until recently. Problem is, i don't really know how! i was wonderin if you guys could give me some advice on equiptment, places to check out, and really how to mix. I know a little, but far from any real knowledge on how, what, etc. on mixing trance. Not many of my friends do it, so I am asking you guys. I have read a lot of stuff in this forum and you guys know your trance. Anyways, maybe just some advice for a newbie, thanks a lot, this would help so much. later

id start out with virtual turntables (http://www.carrotinnovations.com) to get the basics down and progress from there.. a good site to learn from would be this one(ithink) http://www.recess.co.uk/start.html ...

I heard that about this one tranceaddict.com it's supposed to be pretty good!

nah just kidding. there is also, www.di.fm, www.tagstrance.com, for trance radio stations..

and www.djrapture.com to download some nice prog trance sets.

uh..

recess.co.uk is great.

winamp.com to get a good mp3 player
www.winmx.com or www.audiogalaxy.com to find p2p file sharing tools.

that shoud get you started.

I just got one piece of advice! To save you a lot of frustration on awaited beatmatching question answers, their is no secret, tip, hint, special way, locking method, tool, software, telekenitic energy, extra sensory perception, or jedi mind trick that can make beatmatching easier. The only answer you'll ever get is "Practice, Practice, Practice"! Once you've mastered beatmatching and phrasing, you'll be loving every second of mixing!
