Yep, There forum has been hacked, It's mentioned on the front of the Proton Radio site on the news section, Heres what it says.

08/09 Forums, Downloads, Timezones offline...

Earlier this week the Proton forums were hacked and shut down. We're working to bring them back online in the next day or so, but in the meantime, features such as downloads and timezone settings which utilized the forum will be unavailable.

We're sorry for the trouble, and hope to get it all back working soon!
