ever have to steal from a store?

i was in futureshop today, cause i needed this wire for my turntablese, and i go there, and i couldn't find one.

i looked for a bit, and then i saw one on the ground out of its box, it was still wrapped in its little plastic twist tie thingy, so it was obviously taken out of its box.

i pick it up and go to the guy working there "do you have any of these in the box still? i need to buy this for my turntables'

he takes it, examins it, then he says "no sorry, we dont have these here" and he hands it back to me.

so i had to steal it, instead of having another person say 'oh its not in its box, we can't sell this to you," and then taking it from me.

thats my exciting story about theft.

Someone I knew picked up a soda, went up to the cashier and said "Can I steal this soda?" The cashier said "No", But he walked away with the soda right after saying no. LOL.

I've never stolen.

That's an interesting turn of events though, BTG. Good for you.

i did when i was like... 10. a couple candy bars. that's about it.

the point of the thread isn't 'if you've ever stolen'

but if you've ever NEEDED to steal, like in my example.

I stole free bread/mints from restaurants

well..

i went to wal-mart one time to buy some glowsticks. when i got to the section. there were two packages with 4 glowsticks in each but they were opened and some were out. i wasnt going to buy them unopened, and this was all they had left, so i decided to take them. and i walked right out with them.

so me and mr. pink go to the liquor store and we buy our usual goodies.
then i go.. mmm i want a loli from the front desk so i get it and the guy adds it to our tab but we start talking and what not with him about booz cause he was drunkz0r.

so then im like WTF where is my loli? and javi goes..

check ur pockets... i was like "its not in there"
so hes like empty all of them out im sure its in one of htem...


i was like "WTF NO! but i cant find it."

so then we keep talking and javi takes a loli with out paying it and gives it to me in the car. i was like dude i found it

he goes. y didnt u check and empty ur pockets?
i was like "cause i have like 40 pills in my pockets!!!"



moral of the story. pill s in pockets = free loli's

I've never stolen. I work at a grocery store, and I got $20 for stopping a guy from stealing like, $200 worth of stuff. Not much, but I felt good. Bastard.

I've never stolen from a store, but I pirate music, movies, etc.

I buy the album if it's non-RIAA or if I like it though.

I had this exact same experience with a bunch of beer. Except that instead of asking the empolyee if they had anymore, I just assumed that they didn't. And instead of walking out I ran out. Other than that it was pretty much the same.

yeah, i stole when i was younger (which was really stupid when you look back at it).. just petty sh*t like lip glosses.
