Fatal Frame

Okay, so I got pretty far in the first one, never beat it, but I got pretty far when it first came out.

I'm now playing the second one (I know, behind the times.)

God fucking damn, these games are scary shit. Normally, I'm not scared by movies or games, a jump here or there, maybe, but not creeped out.

I love it.

Who else is scared by these games immensely and/or loves them?

never heard of it.

they looked pretty stupid to me. your weapon is a camera.

what do you do, walk around taking pictures of zombies and ghosts and they die as a result? I'm curious.

The ghost's are trapped in the camera. It sounds dumb, but the game is freaky as hell.

i have the first one [called project zero here]. ive tried playing through it a few times but every time i've got stuck at this stupid door puzzle about 90 minutes in.

Took me awhile, but then I remembered that the japanese read backwards. Try putting in your number combination backwards.

I tried it myself, never really got in to it tho..

same with silent hill 4, it just wasnt that good. so now im stuck with no horror game, not even resident evil.

Doom 3 is pretty crazy shit, try playing that game in the dark, with headphones, high as a kite. That'll grow some hair on your balls

Doom 3 gets boring about halfway through.

it just got boring really quickly. i dont know what it was about 4 that was so different. maybe the characters used and that but i just didnt care about getting further.

i liked/disliked the idea of having enemies that never die and you're constantly on the run. it made me jump when i first killed one of the 'ghosts' and it came floating back after me around the corner.

agree... play in dark room no more than 5 feet form the tv with 5.1 dolby loud as hell.. and being high im sure didnt help but i did this sober and still was jumpy well into the game. only game ever that has made me jump like that.

Yea i'v played thee first and 2nd one first one is the best to me, i think its the scariest game i'v ever played scarier the silent hill, RE, and any other survival horror, its CREEPY scary

Zero 3 is out soon and I can't wait to be scared... AGAIN!
