But luck was a factor, right? Let me tell you something, I'm one lucky individual.

Plus, I could use josh4 so he can get to you in court with his comments, you know what type of comments he can come up with. That would be something to witness.

each deposition of every signatoree costs 5000 dollars, we got 40,000 members...youre lookin at millions...

or you pay my client 10,000 dollars and Ill take 20, ad this will all be over out of court and no legal hasslses.

If you can prove that the actions taken by the COR or the lack of action taken by the COR directly caused you to become dumber then they may be negligent and therefore you would have a tort action against them.

i tried to talk with johnnie cochran about setting up a lawsuit against this website for degrading my social behavior outside my house and becoming a lumpy bum at home ....

but unfortunately, he PRESUMABLY died of cancer before we got all the paperwork done ...

i wonder if he really died of cancer .... hmmmmm....
or is it a possibility that johnnie got too close, and swamper got a guy to take him out ... ..
