You are correct, sir. Not sure if it's the 3rd series but Jon Pertwee did play the Doctor in Doctor Who: Dimensions in Time (1993).

does anyone remember when they had this special (it was on all 3 free to air channels at the same time) where they had a whole heap of cartoon characters in one show? can't remember what the moral of the story was but it would have been anti-drug or anti-crime something or rather. it was cool though! *smacks head for not recording it on vhs*
