Posted by djdawn on Aug-19-2005 06:12:

yeah I saw the Pimp my ride episode. It's crazy.

BUT, it's a waste of money/space in my opinion.

it IS fascinating in a way for pure size and "power", but I'm sure 4 good 12" or 15" woofers will kick it's ass sound-quality and volume-wise.

check www.thetrue22.com for more details.

STUPID quote from the site:
"a magnetizer that wipes out any credit card that dares come within 25' of it"

oh great, so I'm rich and want this in my Hummer, but I can't drive it afterwards cause it'll kill my cc? great!

I want it to have my kids. Put it up in my house, hook it up to my Home entertainment system and watch the people down the block run when I am watching any good action movie.

Thats pretty huge.

I want one.

And some new ears.

Biggest sub I've ever seen was about 1 metre (about 40 inches) in diameter. Clarion had a show car a few years back, actually it was a ute (like a truck for the Americans) with two of these monster subs in the back. Now that was impressive,

Posted by kanadianiceman on Aug-23-2005 05:50:

22 inches wide

8500watts

369 pounds??

your insane when

the dude wanted to puke!!!

the actually sub can handle

6,000 RMS, 12,000 peak music power

.... dude whers my brain

That much sub will bring have the cops running from miles around.

The serious sub frequencies (50Hz and down) won't open up until about 12ft from outside the car! A serious neighborhood shaker!

Bass in the Place London !

Gotta be played !

i need me some 45hz demo cds ahahaha

way to trip out a sub and make it die

One of the clubs I used to work at had "ServoDrive" subs that just produced sick amounts of subharmonic bass and being exposed to that much low frequency for an extended period of time really did make me physically sick to my stomach...and some other bad effects.

Ever heard of the Crown DeltaOmega amplifier? The best amp ever made for subs IMO. It could run all night at a 1 ohm load, just pounding my EV subs.
