The Wanderer. Success through smallness.
Perseverance brings good fortune
To the wanderer.

The Image

Fire on the mountain:
The image of the Wanderer.
Thus the superior man
Is clear-minded and cautious
In imposing penalties,
And protracts no lawsuits.
