James Zabiela interview on KCRW

Local LA station interviewed James when he was here...he plays a quick set in it too with some interesting mashups!

You must not be listening to the same set because almost every track he drops is id'd in that link and I highly doubt you could do any better. I think there was only one track I didn't know. He really only plays 4 tracks fully with the various samples 'Enjoy the silence' 'Scram', 'Rock the bells' etc and drum loops over them. (6:24) Robophobia (14:08) Rub Off (19:13) Windowlicker (Kriece Remix)(26:10) is the track I don't know.

heard this a while ago

thought people would know about kcrw on demand by now

huge list of artists

gabriel dresden bt crystal method etc.....

kcrw, find metropolis

if you want to record, simple get a sound recorder (adobe audition is good)

goto volume control (double click the sound icon right next to the clock), options -> properties, recording mode make sure stereo mix is selected, click ok, then select stereo mode (tick the check box under the volume control). Hit record in audition and play the music

becareful, close instant messenging programs etc... cause it will get ALL sounds that windows makes.
