Ok I am really tired, but for those who didnt make it you really missed out bigtime! Tiesto's set blew me away, The theatrics of the show were Superp, and I meant to put that with a capital S. The vibe of the crowd was great and everyone seemed to love it. Tiesto opened with that Magikal Circus track and just took the audience on a trip. He had a singer who i didnt know that sang "Just be" and it seemed the Mic was to low, but when Jes came on later she sang "Like a waterfall" and "as the rush comes" and sounded amazing. I am thinking Las Vegas on NYE for Tiesto will definatly sell out for that one.... More to report later....

i was shocked. i wasnt expecting that much uplifting music.
i literally got a headache and my legs are so messed up now. when i stopped dancing, i realized the headache was so strong and when i started dancing again, i just didnt feel a thing.
he really got me exhausted, especially the few songs he played after love comes again i think.
it was overall a great set, great tunes, alot of em i never heard. i think the sound system makes the songs better than wut they are, or else the whole set uplifts u throughout and enjoy songs that u wouldnt enjoy much.
literally best night of my life. 80$ was WEEEEELLLL worth it.

I was amazed by his set. The crowd was crazy. I loved every moment of it, and when Jes sang "as the rush comes" it made my night. First time seeing. I have to admit, that I was expecting more people, but there were a lot of us tiesto-holics.
I hope I can catch him in Vegas again.

Ok, sorry for the suspense...BAS & J. Chavez couldn't wait to hear about their favorite dj...TIESTO!

Again, thanks simon (kfrogger) and Julia ! This was like a last minute thing, but ended up carpooling two of my friends who already were going. Once at the sports arena, the line was immense..at that time i was already getting monster massive flashbacks. I think Go Ventures did a better job with the line and checking in at least at the last monster massive (given I think it was their 7th year doing it) but once we got in it was smooth sailing from there. Tiesto shirt lines at first seemed as long as the line to get in, but once more booths opened up, everyone had their tiesto shirt on (except julia ) hehehe. So we walk up to the front and who do we see? Tigo busting up with some crazy dance!!! I tried recording it with my camera, I will try and upload it later. Right after I ran into people that I haven't seen since middle school! Woah, suddenly everyone likes tiesto . Well then we see the TA's in the middle directly in front of the booth and I end up there. Great to see Michelle, Jon, Curly, Carrie, Woody, and the rest of the TAs! So about 30 mins of some slow grooves and the lights go off...everyone chanting! And the massive smile comes on! Tiesto in full force, yet to my surprise his BPM is like 132-135?! Woah proggy tiesto! Straight of the bat I would say i didnt know a good 70% of what he played that night, alot of groovy tunes though none the less. But the tracks that I did recognize were either his productions or stuff he has been raping lately. I am going to list what I liked and didnt like about this event.

Pros:
- BEST SOUND I HAVE EVER HEARD...Clean Crisp Deep, I heard everything!
- Nice amount of AC commming from the top...so the sweater stayed on
- Amazing to see so many different nationalities, it is like the world unites under edm.
- Strobelights were perfect, not blinding, yet very powerful.
- Free t-shirts :P
- Tiesto's attitude with the crowd he seemed happy and enjoying the vibe
- Very diverse tracklist, a total shock to me. (i will try and post it later)
- Seeing alot of familiar faces
- NO MC TIESTO THANK GOD!!!!!

Cons:
- why 4 cdjs 1000s mk2? Makes no sense unless he was sequencing something... Could have just used 2 and would have been the same output.
- Djm 600, must have been brand new because the sound was great, but eh he needs to work on his effect timing.
- Mixing itself was not too bad, some were done really bad BUT, it is at the same level as markus and armin.
- Everytime they paused it for some performance, wasnt feeling it too much, its like charging a battery only half way, then using it...
- Ehhh, the vocalists were alright but, I would say its a repeat of what we saw in the last two years.
- Tiesto's exit seemed way too blunt...but maybe he had to take a dump :P and it ended somewhat too early
- Drunk girls who would be on the floor if nobody else was around them, and pushing everyone
- Everytime a firework or flameblast would come on, the temperature would rise instantly like 5 farenheit!

All in all a great show, in my mind I do not feel it was worth 80 dollars, I need to discuss this with kfrogger. But good vibe, good music, good amount of people. I really REALLY loved when he dropped the Children of Orpheous Choir remix of Suburban train, I would have to say that is one of my favorite tracks if not my favorite at the moment. Thanks again everyone for this great night! Really hope to see you guys in Vegas for NYE! I'm sorry to hear about the afterhours, but theres always next time

PS: I REALLY want to see Clovis's review and IT WAS ME WHO STARTED THE TIESTO CHANT DURING LOVE COMES AGAIN
