Club Space Miami for PVD...getting in!?

How easy is it to get into Club Space in Miami. I have read that its better to have girls in town to get in. But what if you are going by yourself...just a regular joe who just wants to experience Paul Van Dyk for the first time live? I dont want to drive all the way down to Miami and then can't get in the freaking club!

Ah, ah, ah, not sooooo fast. If you're a single guy by yourself you will either wait in line for HOURS before you get in or you won't get in at all! I HIGHLY recommend you find a chick to bring with you or find one in line and offer to pay for her to get in just so you can say you're with her. Space is notorious for not letting in single guys or groups of guys... sad but true.

Well thats sad that someone who is willing to pay to get in and finally experience their favorite DJ will be turned away just because he might be alone. That Sucks! Oh well Ill just pass Space up and see PVD in the Chicago area if he ever comes again.

Sorry, but i'm going to have to call BS on this one.....

You know how many times i've gone to space alone and gotten in within 10 minutes??? and i'm not "smooth" or anything. You are confusing Space with Level. At Level, if you are without a girl, you can wait in line for 35 minutes to an hour.... at Space, you'll be in line for a half hour at MOST. And i've been to space WAYYYY too many times to know this. Shadowlounge was really bad at the line thing too, actually. As much as i loved that club, that f@cking line was always ridiculous and the bouncers would just pick chicks and everyone else would wait for over an hour. i missed an entire Oakey set once waiting in line there....

But anyways, Space is one of the most reasonable when it comes to lines.... just don't be an idiot and get there at 1 a.m., when you might have a problem, b/c thats when all the club-hoppers get there.... if you go before 12 a.m., you still got good music and no line. Just use your head.

Well if this info helps here it is.
I wrote asking what time and price for tickets and the way to reserve tickets. And Good Ol' Nick came half way through for me. He told me be there before or at 11pm and that tickets will be sold only at the door. Hope this info helps cause I have to drive from the middle of the state to get there but I'll be there with a few people so since I don't know what people look like on here and don't know if I'll see any TA shirts I'll probably not say hi but if I do I'll swing by and say hi.

don't they sell tickets god damn it ? whenever a good dj comes in town here u can buy ur ticket in advance and u won't have to do any line-up or something , oh and there's no dress code and no bring-a-chick code ...

Well I guess I will just wait and see PVD when he comes to Chicago again since most places there are easier to get into than these ultra selective trendy clubs like Space!

well usually during a main-DJ event tix are around $40.... but sometimes they'll be like $30 if you get there before 12 or before 11 or whatever it is.... check www.clubspace.com for more details.

Heading to Miami in about an Hour (2pm now)

Well, I wasn't sure if I was going to be able to walk cause of recent events this past weekend but my foot has somehow came back from the major twisting I put on it trying to jump over a bush and not seeing a cut down tree stomp sticking about 4" out of the ground driving my ankle right smack into the ground. So if you see a guy walking slow or limping that will most likely be me. But atleast I won't have to use cruches like I thought I was going to have to do. Well got about 4-5hrs of driving to do so later.
