5 years searching for to ID this song...

If anybody know who sing this song or what is the name of it please...tell me!!!I'm looking for answers for 5 years...no1 could help me with that !!!

Hints about the song :
- is the first song from a mix;
- the name of the mix is : DJ Jimmy Rhodes - Trance 2000 Full Lenght Mixed CD 8.mp3 ;
- down is only the first song from the mix ...is not the entire mix;

I'm interesting only about the first song on that.
