i was wondering the same thing. think they very ignorant at armada not even to bother aknowleging peoples efforts on a track for their label and not taking the time to reply to emails. its a disgrace

agreed, people have spent a great deal of time on it,even if they dont wan to continue with the competition they can at least let us know instead of ignoring, not entirely fair i think

armada seem very lazy when it comes to replying to anything they re sent. especially compaired to blackhole, who always have the time to get back. for all they know you guys could be the next ozgur...

they re not gonna last cos the only things good coming out of there are mike's, perrys and markus's imprints.everything else seams to be declining in quality. its a shame there isnt more choice when it comes to big labels like this.

about competitions, anyone knows when next PCDJs competition is gonna be? i've missed that stuff :]

well its only a big label because be people like us give it the respect, but the way they acted in regards this competition i'm sure has caused people to loose alot of respect for them. i for one wont be sending them anything again or supporting the label

dannyc: well said! i guess a lot of the buyers of their tracks are also people who send stuff to them. one day if they ever want my stuff ill try and refrain and rather go to people like black hole or vandit...

well considering the amount of entries they probably would have recieved i dont think they can each give you an individual response. Be a bit more grateful they've given you this opportunity as opposed to slagging it off.

You never know this could be a big break for someone here!

My girlfriend found out what was going on by emailing the label without me knowing, so I know what the outcome of the competition is. But I don't feel that its in my place to say what I was told... That should be done by the label and its organisers.

go on tell us, when they gonna announce the winners since you know and the rest of us did'nt hear anything.

armarda are notoriously bad for replying to emails all together not just for this competition. They are fucking useless imo.

thats a very fair point but we werent asking for indvidual replies on our efforts or what was going on,all we'd like to see is maybe a post on the website saying that the comp is closed and that people will be contacted accordingly, the way it is the now it looks like its just dissapeared from the face of the earth on the site,so people have no clue as to wether they are continuing with it or not.im very grateful for the opportunity, all were were asking for was if the opportunity was still being made to us

totally unprofessional a simple mailout would have been suffice

Posted by dannyc on Aug-26-2005 16:24:

exactly man we were'nt looking for full fuckin reviews just a simple 1 line email to say they got our tracks, it would take 2 mins. for all we know are mixes could of been lost in the post and never made it. it is holland after all that we sent our packages too
