when did this happened? didnt knew nebula takes promo from black hole (away) .... anybody has more info on this, rather than telling me this is 1 of 50 test pressings/promo's which were sent to dj's ...

maybe, but maybe the guy who sells it, got if for free, since its a promo. and he decided to not keep it, and sell it ... so he's the one who's illegal acting ... maybe?
