What amazing song is this in this video?

I heard this song last year in portugal and it blew me away. Unfortunately my friend didnt know who it was. Months later I find this: http://www.superhonda.com/video/Drift Re-Mix.wmv and it has the song in it! Still....no one knows who it is. Someone said talin singh?? or someone like that? If ANYONE could name it I would appreciate it soooo much you have no idea. Its worth watching anyway. Again... click http://www.superhonda.com/video/Drift Re-Mix.wmv and watch it and LISTEN.
