The other thread was already like 40 pages long so I thought it would be better to start a new thread for this year... First game tomorrow against Cadiz... I hope it will be a positive outcome for us unless we screw up and tie or lose against (almost) second-division team like Barca did yesterday heheheh... well, let this year's tournament begin and VAMOS MADRID!!!

Owen has been sold to Newcastle i really liked owen but he deserves a lot of playing time that he wasnt going to get at Real... but I read in like 3 football websites that Real recieved 28 million euros for him when they only paid 12 million last summer to liverpool... thats a great deal and now maybe with that money they will buy Sergio Ramos

Not only did they have a deal, but the important part was that Newcastle were willing to 16-17 million pounds, which Liverpool definitely did not want to do after selling him for 8 at the beginning of last year. Too bad for them the Simao deal broke down too, that woulda been key for their winger problems. Oh well...should still be an exciting season all around.
