DnB:
Dogs on Acid is your forum
Breakbeatscience has lots of infos
bassdrive for your streaming needs

psy:
psynews for forums
philosomatika for straming

This is a good topic, trying to find the big sites that follow other genres, the sites I mention for psy and dnb seem to be the equivalent of TA and DI except for other styles, I would like to know where the center of online activity is for other genres though, like house, electro, techo and others.

There are some sites that seem to transcend genres although they usually have a bias towards one style or another
discogs forums - for all your music collection dick-measuring contests
grooveradio - streams dance music of various styles, centers around the stuff that is relatively recent and popular in california, this used to be my fav stream until they stopped doing the high quality stream after clearchannel took over.

Trance isn't the only channel on DI, and if it's for noobs you'd better head on over. In fact, the classic electroinica channel is for noobs who have been listening to trance since 1993.
