Glowsticking - do you? do you like it?

well generally most people that are into our scene cant glowstick.

but me and a select few of my buddies can give good lightshows, we dont love it do death and are all hardcore glowstick for life guys. but we do have skills to the point that it will give someone a good blowup when high.

so how many of you do it? or enjoy it? i personally love watching people glowstick when im high on E. my friends are sick, when i go see ginos with glowsticks they just dance around and do some nex shit.

i have a video of myself.. but yeah no where to upload so yeah opinions..opinons..opinions!

I won't say 'i like glowsticking'... but i do like dancing with glowsticks.. and i like watching ppl give shows.. my friend (Chadly84) is pretty effin wicked at sticking...
but personally i just like dancing with them... its more for myself really.. but if ppl end up watching and like it .. hey good for them.. but i don't really do it for ppl to watch.. i just like having them

I enjoyed laughing at them.

I like it. I think it really adds to the flare and the scene. Just looks f'n cool.

No, I don't do E, but I just like looking out amongst the crowd and seeing glowsticks everywhere. Also makes some kickass pics when you leave the exposure open.

I bought new blue and turqoise LEDs for LoL weekend but I use it mostly as a danceform rather than a "let's fuck people up while they're on shit" accesory. I don't give lightshows - I just dance my ass off!!!

I have never used glowsticks but I have no problem with people who do. I like what it adds to the scene...I have never had a lightshow done for me and quite honestly I don't have any desire to have one.

I enjoy doing it, but watching bores me.

Without sounding egotistical or something, I'd consider myself pretty damn good too.

After giving various people light shows, people have bought me drinks, givin me smokes, handed me money on 2 separate occations and one guy even gave me a pill once! (Guv on May 2-4)

It's fun. But alot of people who do light shows forget the two rules:
1) There's a time and place for everything.
2) Some people dont want a fucking light show!

ahh Glowsticking, i did it lots when i was younger, still do from time to time, still ok at it, but i feel i've moved beyond that. I've takign to spinning LED Poi, Fans and Flags at Clubs, ( i find it's more creative, especially with Fans and Flags, cuz part of the art is actually creating them, to which i've successfully made three sets of flags, two of which are Tye-Dyed with UV reactive dyed which allowed them to pop and glow under black lights or club lights [ as some of you may have noticed at my monthly trips through the comfortzone])I've been offered money, hugs, water, E, K ,G and tina while off on the circuit and flagging. usually i only accept hugs and water.

As for light shows... never really affected me in any way. no matter how discombobulated i am.

my partner however is an excellent sticker, and does more than just trace. he incorporated 4 sticks into his dancing...

I cant do light shows sober, and yes it does add to the scene, but the trace's of the glow stick while sticking and rolling is just amazing, ITS BEAUTIFUL! ive never received money lol thats a new one. paying for your services lol, ive gotten kisses

I bought mine, recieved mine, but one of them was broken. [turquoise LED like yours] So I sent it off to the west to get fixed. Don't think it'll be back in time for LoL tho.

Yet another of my rare guv appearances where I'll be lacking the LEDs again.

Not really my thing...I like to have my hands bare when dancing..I can enjoy a show or two every now and then though.

I can do a bit... but what I really like is fire poi! Too bad I can't do that in clubs...

I always use glow sticks @ the Guvernment.. I guess I just tend to feel the music an display my thoughts with the movements of my glwosticks an giving light shots is awseome, b/c you got to think on your feet super fast an your reaction an timing is all with the beat an flow of the music! hehe

At Labor or Love I'll be glow-sticking for sure, Armin Van Buuren is going to be SICK!

If you like playing with airplane signals, fine, but just have some respect for the rest of us and don't take up a 6-foot radius while you bust out your m4dd m0v3z.
