a female friend of mine no shit got pulled in by this and it was some exercise thing and they told her to video her sneezing as many times as she could in 10 minutes and then stick her finger in her belly button hard for 4 minutes and shed be ripped in 5 months and theyd give her 3000 a month for it

we finally proved to her it was a scam, but i cant wait for the video, because she sent it to him
