Clubs in miami

I'm probebly deciding to move from israel to miami and I would like to know what clubs are there and what kinds of music they play.
I am mostly intrested in the "new york house" genre, i'm probebly going to live in miami beach and maybe have a chance to DJ at one of the clubs (my dream), but i'm not sure if they play that kind of music there.

If anyone has any information on miami it would be great....

miami

miami is one of the hottest places in the USA for house/trance scene
crobar/nikki beach/space are just 3 of the clubs who always have top dj,s from around the world
brace yourself for winter music festival/ultra fest
the top gathering of dj's in the usa once anually. the ultra evnt is a concert featuring all the top names and the week of the concert has all the djs at the areas clubbs

^^^ Basically what he said, only ultra festival is shit if you ask me. Gathering of the damn crackheads now�the conference (week leading up to the festival) is dope though..back to back parties�lots of foreigners from europe there..it�s fun.

I�m more of a lounge person�I love nikki�s and amika and rokbar�

Lots of latin influenced house and progressive house�tribal house. It�s just a very sexy city and it never sleeps! The women are beautiful, but 95% of the people there are really full of themselves and it�s all about flash and �oh look at me and my ride, I�m cooler than you� attitude. I know a lot of people like that and I love partying with them (good drug friends, but that�s it). if u can learn to separate yourself from that attitude and still enjoy Miami, you�ll be all good.

ummm....thanks guys for the info, it really helped me...
I wonder if it's hard to get into the clubs and spin, probebly I need a lot of connections to play there....Oh well, maybe in time it would happen....
