Pretty sure I'm going to this, although it sucks that it's the same night that Ferry starts his residency (but he'll be back monthly)

Set times

Burridge: 11-3
Hawtin: 3-Close

Looks like partyhopper's birthday @ Crobar changed our decision, so I guess we'll be hitting up Ferry instead. Hope these guys are back again soon, though. Vernon got my hopes up with the Hawtin @ Cielo posting, but alas, disappointment.

Is this an open end set, or are there laws that mean he will have to stop at a certain time? It's not uncommon for him with open end sets to go well over 12 hours if he can be arsed. this lineup is shit hot, i'd love to be there

Spirit tends to shut DJs off. There are no laws, but I doubt the club would allow him to play that long. The latest I've closed Spirit was maybe 8 am for Armin, because he didn't start until 3:45 because of a flight problem.

Crobar, though, allows DJs to play a bit longer. I think Morillo played until 10 I heard, and Danny Tenaglia was supposed to play a ridiculously long set at the Ultra Afterparty.

BTW, Hawtin had a story in September's Mixmag and it mentioned that he played for like 12 hours for Sven Vath's Cocoon party, because Sven said he'd be his private dancer

Actually, I looked it back up and those were two separate stories. I was off when I said 12, though, as it was 10 when he played for Sven as his private dancer. That was 2 years ago at a Cocoon afterparty. His 72 hour set was with Ricardo at last year's Cocoon closing party.
