Is there intelligent life out there...

....that is what many people wonder, but after noticing that there is no intelligent beings on TA I have come to the conclusion that there isn't.

also, if there is intelligent life out there in the universe, then they must have developed a common society. and wouldn't that imply that there is a means for entertainment? and by that i mean that aliens have movie theaters, circuses and stunt car drivers
