DoubleK - Yet another remix on Daydreamer

Hi!

This track was made using FruityLoops!
Maybe not so good mastered or whatsoever.
Wanted to make it progressive, dunno what it became.

Please comment this track!

sounding pretty nice ! i like that groovy bass under the sidechained strings.

i'd say overall the sounds are a tad dry, and percs would need some more layers IMO.

nice ideas and melodies

sorry kinda off topic but i've heard this term " sidechained strings" kick'n around...what does it mean??

and for the track, very smooth track...love the subtle bassline
simple but does the trick!

what i meant by sidechaining, here, is the typical effect where you can hear the strings volume lowered each time the bassdrum plays, creating this pumping effect everybody seems to be using nowadays

ahhh...well u can easily make that effect by having the bass hog to much frequency, but is there a technical way of doing this....sounds pretty cool.\
thanx
