Renner's Christian Democrat Party (CDU) is traditionally close to the United States and has openly supported the Bush administration in marked contrast to Chancellor Gerhard Schroeder. But if I, an American, say I want to kill Gerhard Schroder, then I am a pig and not tolerant of other people, cultures and ideas.
(I think the man has done a crappy job and is indecisive like Bush at times. But he still has freedom of expression and the right to live.)

This is pissing me off, a liberal in Europe is a true liberal, not a person that's left like you use the term in the US. THIS IS A INTERNATIONAL FORUM PLEASE USE CORRECT TERMS!!!

Secondly, what you were refering to, "the left", which traditionally is pretty against America was the ones makeing the fuss in the article, calling for the conservative's resignation!!

OMG, read the article you too. It's not like ppl were accepting what he said, even tho he didnt' even say he wanted Bush killed. Also, the previous person who said something similar, was sacked!!!
