Games that were never released for home consoles
Everytime I go to Dave N busters, I play Sega's Star Wars Trilogy Arcade. That game is like being in all the movies. I was so disappointed they never released it. I know there are others but I can't remember any at the moment.
What are some of yours?
Police 911 was supposed to release on the PS2 with the mo-cap capability, but that never went through. Disappointing, as that game is not fun without the ability to duck and dodge things.
Unfortunately arcades are barely holding on in North America and pretty much worldwide anymore.

How about Planet Harriers, the sequel to Space Harrier. Such a shame this game never saw a home console. It was to come out on the Dreamcast, but never made it.

The Arcade... I remember circling and circling all the games trying to figure out which one was worthy of my quarter.
For me nothing compared to me and my buddy Rob searching the city trying to find the current location of the 2 monitor cyberball setup. And then trouncing anyone who dared play us.
Long live Run-n-Gun.

There was one Arcade game I played at Six Flags years ago. It was a fighting game and the stage I played at was some throne room. I was fighting a guy with long claws. Character looked Japanese related. Then the next stage I fought this army guy @ an air base. He was tan looking. Can't remember the name of this game
claw guy = vega?
army guy = guile?
street fighter?

Curious as to how big is the Dave and Busters franchise? I've been to the one in Austin.

And here they are, the 2 games AnonymousRacer and I were referring to, taken last night.
Star Wars Trilogy arcade:

And Jurassic Park.

Duke Nukem Forever aka Duke Nukem Never was just plain never released, on anything
.
I wish more DDRs were given north american releases.
"Thrill Kill" Never released on PS format due to game being extremely violent. You would pick a character, and be put in a tiny room with 3 other characters, and basically..you rip each other apart and end it with a unique finishing move depending on which character you are. Luckily a friend got a leaked copy off ebay and I burned it because my PS1 is modded ;]
There is a Dave & Buster's about 10 miles from my house, but I haven't been there for a few years. I have the gold card and a ton of points as well.
Part of the reason why I haven't been there for awhile is because you can't get in unless you're 21 or with an adult that's 23 or older. I'm only 20 and feel kinda stupid dragging my parents or friend's parents with me to D&B lol.
