Need this tune ID'd

Sorry I don't have a sample, but I know it was big a while back.... PVD recently played it at MOS house party...

It's a pretty trancey tune... has this girl in the background saying..."I know It's not *something*, but ya know, I'm just scared, that's normal right?"

anyone know what I'm talking about?

if its from 96/97. it could be scared (the lonely traveller) by SLACKER. its a tune from around 96
