hey there.

after being without techs for a while due to lack of fundings i bought some pdx d3's for �200 and they re very tidy and seem fine.

i played two copies of the same record on each and they hold speed all the way through so i guess everything is ok there...

a few questions:-

*beatmatching is really hard. they seem very responsive if you slow or speed them up by touching the platter. a lot more so than tech's. has anyone else found this? pdx 200's seam a lot easier than the d-3's

*is there any way of adjusting them internally so you can have a pitch range of +/-8% instead of 3, 6, or 12% (eg. +/-4, +/-8 or +/-16%) just so its similar to using technics?

how do these decks fair compaired to technics (honestly!). i know they re not industry standard but how do the accuracy specs compair between the two?

ps. any advice generally on beatmatching with these tt's?
