clams?

i like mine done in white wine and garlic, w/ lemon and hot sauce on the side, though i dont use that much hot sauce.

post comments or your favorite clam recipes!

now back to clams. Can't say that I have had any, really. Im kinda picky when it comes to seafood, but its growing on me.

BTW, whats the deal with seafood, some people go crazy over the stuff and some people are freaked out, is there a middle road?

little neck clams served raw are pretty good too, has a really sweet fresh taste to them.

Raw oysters rock --- lemon juice, cocktail sauce + salt = ownage (tabasco or tapatio sauce can be used as substitution for the cocktail sauce.)

Oysters (cooked) with black bean sauce are very tasty.
