Function vs. Form

Has Western society shown us that a combination of both is best?

Common logic says that "function over form" (aka its useability over it's apperance, aka if it is functional, use it) is a saying of the wise. If an object can be used, its apperance should not matter. But isn't function over form just as radical as form over funtcion?

Ia combination of the two best? Who minds a little style?

So would you argue that getting a 'good' BJ from some 350lb whale is better than getting an 'acceptable' BJ from some 115lb stunner?

Someone needs to make a "Psy-T Approved" graphic.

Maybe I'll do it.

Or a play on the Kix slogan.

Kid tested, Psy-T approved.

I wrote a thesis about an ape that had a bone. The the ape used the bone to scratched its arse.

I ended up deleting it as it would have been to complicated for most core people to understand.

But i will say; that the ape did live happily ever after, even though the bone was broken & left splinters.

no way man, your good bj is function, but the form is ugly. Now, a good bj from a 600 pound woman, thats what Im talking about.

Seriously though, an acceptable bj from a a stunner is (often) more rated than a good bj from a beast.

but there is importance to form. if what you are saying is true, then a bj from a dude as long as it's good would work, however the form creates a displeaure so that somehow detracts from the bj...

I'm saying a combination of both is the best. Would you rather have hyper-form, hyper-function, or average both? Hyper-Function is a bj from a dude, Hyper-Form is a chick who doesnt even put your cock in her mouth. I think most outliers are excluded.

But in reality, I was creating an easily hijackable thread for the Cor faithful

hmmmm...well personally i'd have to choose average both. if the ultimate goal of function and form is pleasure (atleast in our example of bj), then i think in order to maximize pleasure you'd need the balance...

yes a dildo can be used as a hammer & vise versa.

One can use a gold fish as a tennis ball, though it is not practical to use a whale. Unless it is a baby whale, then tennis may be able to continue. Unless all the whales have been fished to extinction, then unfortunately no one will be able to play tennis.

BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAHAHAHAHAHAAAHAhahahahahhahahahhhahaa!!!!!

Posted by tribu on Sep-12-2005 05:23:

If you can substitute a whale for a tennis ball, why can't you substitute, say, an armadillo for a baby whale? Their hard shell would prevent their damage from the repeated blows, and their hilarious apperance could add a light heartedness to tennis observers that a baby whale might not be able to achieve.
