Whats this film?

Hmmm there was this film shown some time ago and i cant remeber the name anyway heres some descrition of it

Its set in america, two cops (or freinds??) have to spy on this girl, so one dresses up as a her big fat mama , while the other one stays in a house nearby, the women who he dresses up as has to stay in hospital so he stays in her house, and calls the daughter he is spying on to come round for a few days (so he can find out more about her) and she does....

anyone know it?
