Does anybody know of online stores where I can get the digital download for that (legally, of course).

I know there's a ES-B remix on that mixed cd Satoshi Tomiie did.

I checked Saw's releases on beatport and there's no Satoshi remix.

Don't know of any place to download it but you can try Discogs.com to see what cd it's on, then try gemm.com to see if they have it.
