Friday night was Red night for Fei-Fei CD release party and to see Scott project since I have never seen him before. I get to Avalon a little after 10ish since I was warned that there was a concert before the event. And we all know how that goes down at Avalon!
At around 10:30ish or so they start letting people in and the line moves pretty quickly. Once Inside I am suprized to see the white AHP curten down and no Fei-Fei. A good hour goes by and finally the Curen goes up Fei-Fei is on the decks for 3 tracks and Micro goes on!! WTF! This is Fei-Fei Cd relase party and she gets totlay jacked. 
Micro gets on and right away Bam plays some high energy Trance. and then a long Break down and more energy. He then would stick in a few mellower tracks in with long breakdowns and more energy. He was kinda all over the place. I did enjoy "Alive" Ferry Corsten's "Right away" and WOW "Don't forget me" but that was about it. Micro realllllly liked his Breakdowns a lot.
After Micro was scott project. He hit the crowd hard with more of a german style trance and then guess what... Long Breakdowns... he liked them too... Alot! But I liked his tracks a little bit more. At least they where consistant.
My question of the night was.. Where was everyone. Avalon looked pretty empty considering this was the first time Scott project was in town. Oh well... I still had fun.

Saturday night: Frist stop was Spundae. I got there around 10.. Was lucky enough to find street parking (YESSSS!) To be honest with you this was the worst night musicly I have expericed at Spundae in a lonnnnngggg time! Justin Sloe down stairs was a zzzzz fest. No one was dancing. But I did see a few friends. I also went up stairs to catch Tigo in the loft and to take notes for this weekend 
I really liked what Tigo was playing. I went down back down stairs to chat a little bit and found some TA's 
YAY! Lee C. Was one and he was all right.
Then Dj Irene got on and since her set was being recorded live for the next Live @ Spundae set she was cheesy on the mic. I can understand to get people pumped up but it was over kill. Then she hits the crowd with a cheey ass hard house song. I stayed for a few tracks.

But it was time to go to Will Spin for food. I convinced Simon, Tigo, and Jullia to come with. Rauol, Gil, Bob, Hotdog water, all wanted to stay... I do not know why but ok.
After getting some carbs.. and getting us toltay lost in down town la looking for the venue. We eneded up at Will Spin for Food. We ran in to Bas, his GF and some other friends of mine.
I really enjoyed this event. Good music in both areas and great people. Some people I have not seen in a long time. There where even fire dancers there.
The only sucky part of this party was that there where only outhouses and you had to get tickets to get drinks. Awesome party about this party.. Booze after 2am!
After 6 I was spent and it was time to go.. I think left right when Kristina Sky got there. 
I was acking for Trance too. DOH!
I had a really good weekend. A big thank you goes out to Julia, Simon, Tigo, Bas, Bob, Gil, Raoul for makeing it happen

i went to spundae to meet up with people since that night there were so many things going on. i got to spundae pretty late around 11pm and parked 2 blocks away. i didnt care, i wanted to make it before guestlist closed. as i ran to the entrance, i see this massive line to check in. i said fuck it, i rather pay the full price. there werent many people inside yet, only 5 drag queens flirting with each other. i also see michelle and anna on the loft. we walked around to kill time, took pictures and videos of drugged up asians, and watched tigo spin a great set. half hour later, bas shows up with his gf and we just danced up on the loft. right after tigo's session was over, i run down to see julia, raoul, and bjorn. as dj irene goes on, my ears start to bleed and i almost die from the music. we say our last goodbyes to raoul, then tigo, jules, michelle and i go to the downtown party. michelle took tigo and i to my car and low and behold i get my 5th parking ticket at spundae!
me and tigo follow michelle and julia to this place near the 7th street greyhound station. we walked right in, without checking ID. thanks to michelle for letting me bring in some can goods in benefitting the la food bank. kitchen and all, this place looked like an abandoned indoor cafeteria with couches surrounding the room. there was a better patio area which played house and tigo and i were really the only ones to dance from 2-6am. ive met a lot of new people that night, mostly tigo's friends after seeing the bars serve alcohol past 2am, i begin to question their authenticity. people started leaving, so we booked it right when the sun came up. tigo is now my new partner in crime, muahahahah!

Simon you are tooo crazy, LAWL at those two video clips. I want the shirtless guy in front of them.......I wish I was there with you guys. Tigo is always a great TA to party with. Now that he is finally 21, he best be hanging with us more. and I will say this again....I CANT WAIT TILL THIS SAT!!!!!!!!!11111
p.s TeJ, I will bring your 40 to Spundae this Sat. Get your ass to Spundae and party with the other million TAs that will be there that night.
I had an amazing time at Scot Project!! Waited a long time for this night and he definately sent me home with a huge smile on my face. Heres the sum of my night....

Okay...so heres how my weekend went:
12pm Friday
Wake Up
Get dressed, catch bus to Santa Monica, find KSky, drive to San Diego, start drinking at the Lost Episode house. Go to 4th & B, drink there, watch DJs/girls/coked out groupies/crazy people enjoy a killer show. Stay till 4:30, help pack some equipment...
Go back to Lost Episode house, drink more...check some photos.
Go to Baucchus for after-party...dance some, drink som...till around 9am.
Leave SD at 9:30am
Drive to LA...let DJ sleep and friends drive. Adjust eyeballs to sun.
Get to LA. Smoke some. Pass out for...3 hours.
Wake up...smoke some, call Tigo, decide where to eat.
11pm eat a fucking BOMB steak, cheers to residen dj for steak restaurant idea.
12:30am decide to to take a nap, then go to Spundae, get flyers, then go to Will Spin 4 Food party around 2.
Wake up at 4am. Umm..fuck.
Go to Will Spin...look for people, find all bas' missed calls...cant find anyone.
DRINK! (This saved me at 6:30am) Beer/Vodka etc.
Rest of day spent smoking weed.

FRIDAY NIGHT...
Worked half day... Went to KNOTTS for a PRIVATE PARTY. We had the entire park to our selves from 7pm to 1am with ALL YOU CAN EAT AND DRINK AND UNLIMITED RIDES For FREE!!!! AWESOME!.... Had a blast hanging out with friends there.
SATURDAY NIGHT... Took my friends spot at a club in OC cuz he went on vacation. I was the only DJ the whole night so it was awesome! TOTAL CONTROL OF THE NIGHT!!!!... Ran out of house records to play that night! Kick ass night
SUNDAY...
Went back to the club to pick up my equipment, and to my surprise, they were shooting a music video there! I Stayed til they finished! WOW! I Was amazed as to all the preparation that goes with shooting a 10 second clip!
