Black Buttons in PMs

I have these black buttons in my PM screen, and I have no idea what they do.. can anyone help me out?

First one is "Move" second is "Forward" and the last one is "Delete"...it's not hard...u can see it if u look closely.

your eyes are not the problem, its your computer browser.

the same thing happen to me when I am at work, but I am able to see it clear at home.

I haven't had the chance to change those from the 'default' settings...

Almost everything is modded on here in terms of appearance... you won't find many Vbulletin message boards with a black background as a result
