ibiza trance needed

You know, I just spent a good while on google looking for ibiza trance. Like, ANY ibiza trance. I've just recently discovered how much I like the stuff, and so now I'm trying to make up for all the wasted years.

The problem that I'm running into is that almost all of the ibiza trance artist names that show up are unfamiliar to me. I can't just say "Oh this track was made by Armin van Buuren, so it has an 80% chance of being really good." I'm just utterly clueless when it comes to this sub-genre. =/

The only ibiza trance songs that I have are by ATB, and I have Solar Stone - Seven Cities. (*eargasm*)

So I was hoping that some of you guys could point me in the right direction. Which ibiza trance songs are must-haves? Which artists should I be looking for?

ive read about this sound in this book of mine... e: the book of esctacy... it documents differant places where e/parties and music all first became famous together/// but the book doesnt give any examples or anything... is this sound trance or is it house?

chicane actually released a cd in 2001 called "visions of ibiza" ... i was listening to it the other day... i guess its a comp of hand selected tracks picked out by him that capture the spirit of ibiza

Hey ratz, I'm downloading these In Search of Sunrise albums off of www.allofmp3.com and I have to say that I'm VERY pleased so far. The tracks on these albums may not be Ibiza Trance by definition, but I absolutely love the overall feeling that these songs are giving me. It's exactly what I was hoping to find.

So thank you for the recommendation!

wel im not really sure what that sound is but im glad your enjoying those cds... #2 in the series is my personal favorite... though 4 is also good but it says latin america so its not the same feel...
