just watched it over too many beers with the boys
the swans took the free kick count in their stride and pounced early in the fourth quarter. hudgeton in the first half was good down back. kirk on the ball played very smart and o'keife on the half forward line dominated.

Saints dont have a decent backline it seems... they rely too much on their midfield to deliver to riewoldt and gehrig... so that their defence isnt pressured.

Ok i admit i basically cant stand the swans, but it will be just great that big faghagbagman barry gets a little holiday for the grand final. You cant just go whacking oppo's in the breadbasket barry, surely Rooooooooooooosey taught you that much.

Swans vs Eagles.
I'm happy with this matchup, should be a pretty good game, even by GF standards.
didnt get to go to the game, or watch it as i did the boyfriend thing and went along to an event that night instead. had a good time, and was well blind... took a walkman and tuned in at every opportunity, was excited and then went out side and they kicked 3 goals when i was listening.. my heart sank..
very proud of the boys this year though... Harvey needs to play one more year. If all those names retire, we might be well and truely fucked!!
pkc - there was no tears, but really only because i couldnt have much emotion wrapped up in the game via a walkman.. which was probably a good thing
Eagles will prolly smash the swannies next week, but i would like to see them win..

I hope Sydney get hammered next week. I don't like West Coast but I f&@%$ng hate Sydney. Though it would be good to see Barry Hall have to watch Sydney win from the sidelines.

I can't believe how much has been made out of barry's little tap on that pussy defender. Even a soccer player would be embarrassed by the performance he put on.
amazing how much the swans dominated the last quarter when the umpires put their whistles away after getting walloped in free kicks for the rest of the game.

i must admit i jumped on the bandwagon during the finals series the last time they made the grand final, but have been a steady supporter since then. but back then there wasnt too much exposure and i was a massive rugby union head
