cool track, kick is awesome. main synth isnt bad either. percussion is nice too. not much else to comment on due to the shortness of the sample, but nice job

Posted by sevenseas on Sep-17-2005 16:14:

Glad you like it, I need to tweak the main synth a bit I think. Further I have to finish it offcourse

thnxz for the comment

Hey Sevenseas,

Listened to the sample of Synastheisa. First of all you get a straight A for that kick (is that sample ? wouldn't mind getting my hands on that one), it is perfect. Also the mastering is crisp and nice. Very good. You create a nice build up but at the end of the day, the lead you use sounds way too much like the original.

Besides that remixing one of the classics is quite hard, you will never sound as good as the original. But that is just my opinion. Other than that I like your productional skills!

Cheers!

Thnxz for the reply m8, yup your right. If it is a classic, you have to be god to do a better version. And you're right about the lead aswell. Think I'm going to change that. And I've created the kick myself with SOundforge it are 2 kicks and a waveform sound that I've sampled together. Ask me for the kick on MSN

Sounds pretty nice so far mate, not much to say yet... Looking forward to a full someday, might be able to say something more then

thnxz m8, I hope to have it finished in the end of this week. Then I'll up the full version

This sounds great, the kick does sound awesome and I like that little arp on with the square, the quality sounds professional, although I disagree with Nomen on the lead sounding like the original, the original sound was a supersaw with a HP filter, and an LFO on triangle to bring the frequency up and down on the Filter, and a little phasor. Your lead sounds like something that can come out of V-station, I love it though.

Thnxz for the feedback, the lead indeed was created with V-StationI simply love that VSTi cause you can create every imaginable synth with it

Hi sevenseas,

The pad is great at the intro, percussion is cool. The mastering is very well done in the production overall.

I love that trance lead in the startup, the pads are great. The main melody is a totall replica, what a treat. You must share the full. I will keep track of this tread for sure.

Great Work.
Terry

Thnxz Maybe I'm gonna change the melody a bit but I think I should leave it like the original. I'm workin' on it now
