metropolis!!!

went last nite, very nice big venue...main room is big and open, very loud system....ears were hurting. they have a kyrogenix system four other smaller rooms branch off main room with different music.....this place is going to be insane during wmc....the parties they are going to be able to throw in there.....its like a smaller version of the guvernment in toronto....and with the talent they are booking this is a great thing for downtown and all of us......all they really need is some more bathrooms

I was talking to a friend of mine last night who lives in Miami and he was telling me about this place. He didn't have a lot of info on the place but from what you said, it sounds really good! Do you know who they have booked for October, my friends and I will be down there the weekend of 10/21-1024. Thanks!

It's GOOOOOOOOOOOD. Of couse, opening night had a few problems, but that's to be expected. The door was insane.. I have never seen a door that crazy in Miami.

Each room is its own little expeience. The main room is HUGE.

Music was good.

Yes his set @ Sensation White 2005 was amazing.
I'm looking forward to see him @ Metropolis.

Parking was insane, coming down the offramp from the 395 was sloow.. but that's because i got there around 12:30... Metropolis is Banging! They gotta do something with the bathrooms there, true... kind of a bad location for them also on the way to the hip hop room and back.

Just to let you know, I got a bit of an inside on this place and just to get you revved up... they are on the works to bring Yoji Biomehanika... and much much more!!
