Whether it is true or not, he is making a ton of money off of the disaster since his sketchy charity was put just below the Red Cross on FEMA's list of charities to donate to.

Anyone who read the last paragraph could have surmised that it was fake Occ, but the scary thing is that it seems so damn plausible with this guy.
